Legal notice
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Read this notice with the pages it describes. It limits how the photographs, the monthly figure, and the treatment wording should be used. It does not remove a right that applies to a statement the company actually makes.
1. Information, not a clinical service
The pages describe residential settings connected with chemical dependence, alcohol use, and mental health conditions so a family can compare what is published and ask a question. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or monitor a person. They are not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Filling in the form is not the start of treatment.
2. Photographs are illustrative
Images credited to Conscious Design, Roberto Nickson, Dani Guitarra, and other files on the home page show interiors, comfort, and leisure. They were not taken as a survey of the registered office at Rua Frei Rogerio, 579, Porto Uniao. A picture does not prove the number of rooms, the staff on duty, or the condition of a building. Ask if you need a description of the setting that would actually be offered.
3. Figures and availability change
The private-room amount is published as US$ 160.35 per month after the dated conversion explained in the terms. A later rate, a different room, or a correction can change what you are offered. The website does not lock inventory. A sentence about being staffed around the clock describes the published claim on the page and still has to be confirmed for the dates you care about.
4. Health-plan statements need confirmation
The page says health-plan acceptance must be confirmed in writing. That is a warning, not a list of plans and not a guarantee of payment. Do not stop a current authorization because of this site. Get the confirmation that names the plan and the setting before you rely on coverage.
5. Other names and earlier layouts
The visual arrangement of the home page follows a treatment page that was supplied as the reference for this account. Public names that belonged to that reference are not the operator of this site. The operator is the company on the About page, using the public name Schorr. A credit line under a photograph names the image source, not a clinical partner.
6. How this notice fits with the other documents
The privacy policy explains the email draft. The terms explain the monthly figure and the absence of a checkout. The refund policy explains that the site takes no payment. This notice explains the limit of the pictures and the health wording. None of them removes a mandatory right. Questions go to [email protected].
