Terms of use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms explain how to use the Schorr website at schorrclinicasa.online. They cover published information about residential treatment settings, the monthly private-room figure, and the enquiry form. They do not admit a person to treatment, bind a health plan, or replace a contract signed later with the operating company.
1. The operator and the scope of these terms
The operator is the company identified on the About page, SCHORR CLINICA DE FISIOTERAPIA E REABILITACAO & CIA LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company. Schorr is the public name used on this site. These terms govern browsing and enquiries made through the site. A later written proposal, admission paper, or health-plan authorization has its own parties and conditions. If those papers conflict with a sentence on the website, the later signed paper controls that transaction, without taking away a right that the law keeps.
2. What the pages are offering
The home page describes settings connected with chemical dependence, alcohol use, and mental health conditions, including comfort, higher-standard clinics, leisure, and a lower published cost. It names a psychiatric-hospital setting and a private room. Those words describe the information on the page. They are not a promise that a named bed is free today, that a particular clinician will be assigned, or that a building in a photograph is the registered office in Porto Uniao.
3. The monthly figure
The figure shown as US$ 160.35 per month is the published private-room amount of 800.00 Brazilian reais divided by 4.9892, the PTAX dollar selling rate recorded by the Central Bank of Brazil on 2026-10-09. The result is rounded to the cent. It is an indication of that published monthly amount, not a quote locked to your case, not a payment instruction, and not a price a card processor will charge, because this site does not take payment. Taxes, extra days, a different room, or a different date can change the amount you are later offered.
4. Health-plan wording
The home page states that health-plan acceptance must be confirmed in writing. Reading that sentence does not mean a named plan will pay, that Schorr has billed a plan, or that you are covered. Before you rely on coverage, ask for a written answer that names the plan, the setting, and the dates. The website has no plan directory and no claim form.
5. Enquiries are not admission
Sending an email, or opening a draft, does not reserve a room, start treatment, or create a duty to admit anyone. The company may be unable to answer, may answer with questions, or may say that the setting is not available. Do not travel or stop other care because a form was filled in. If a place is offered later, the offer will say so in a message or a paper that is not this website.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site to read the published information and to ask a genuine question. Do not attempt to break the pages, probe mailboxes, or send malware. Do not present yourself as another person or as the company. Do not submit information you have no right to send, including another adult's medical detail without a proper basis. Ordinary reading, accessibility tools, and a real family enquiry are allowed.
7. Photographs, names, and marks
Photo credits remain with the people named on the images. Schorr does not claim those photographs as pictures of its own rooms unless a caption on the page says that, and these captions do not say that. The name Schorr on this site is the public name of the operating company. It is not a statement of affiliation with any hospital brand, platform, or publisher that appeared on an earlier version of the layout. Do not copy the pages for your own commercial site.
8. No payment on this website
There is no cart, no card form, and no invoice on schorrclinicasa.online. A button that says learn more, contact, or request opens another page of this site or your email draft. Do not send card numbers in the message. Any fee for a later stay is agreed outside this website, in the currency and on the terms stated in that separate agreement.
9. Availability and mistakes
Pages can be unreachable during hosting or network trouble. A figure or a sentence can be outdated. If a number looks inconsistent with the conversion note in these terms, ask before you rely on it. The company does not waive a consumer right by publishing a correction. You should keep a copy of any email that matters to you.
10. Changes, contact, and complaints
The date on each legal page is the version then published. A change to the website does not rewrite an email already sent or a contract already signed. Questions about these terms go to the Contact page or to [email protected]. You keep any complaint route the law gives you. Contacting the company is optional and does not replace that route.
